Dr. Ye Hui

Education: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Work Experience: Dr. Ye Hui served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Illinois at Chicago and currently serves as the Principal Investigator at NTU.

Research Interest: His research is focused on the development of functional foods tailored to meet specific nutritional requirements across different genders and age groups, with particular emphasis on elucidating the roles of bioactive food components in energy homeostasis and their structure–activity relationships.

As the Principal Investigator, Dr. Ye Hui leads multidisciplinary research endeavors aimed at designing innovative nutritional strategies to enhance public health, leveraging his extensive expertise in biochemistry and nutritional sciences.
